
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 90-day guarantee. If, within 90 days of your purchase date, you find that our product is not suitable for your needs, we will be happy to provide you with a refund. The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Customers are eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee policy, with a maximum limit of one claim per customer and a refund amount not exceeding S$400.
Returns For Unused Products
We accept returns for our products, provided they are unopened. If you believe our product is not suitable for you, you may return it within 90 days for a refund. Even if the product is not returned, we will still honor the refund if the request is made within 90 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand that preferences may vary, and we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Singapore customers may request an exchange, subject to terms and conditions. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@purestnest.com, and we will be happy to assist you in the exchange process.
Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
